2.5.2013 – Crossfit

Skipped Saturday after getting a cortisone shot in the right elbow.  Didn’t twinge at all today, so perhaps it has worked.

Lift:
4 – 5 sets
2 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats

Worked at 95lbs.  Have in no way mastered that movement.  Tip from Rachel was to focus on swinging the knees under the bar instead of standing straight up.
 
Sweat:
On the minute for 10 minutes:
6 DB Goblet Squat
12 Kettlebell Swings

Started at 80/28, ended up at 65/24, over time.  Felt beat.
