Lift:
EZ Strength 2.0

Deadlift – 3×5 – 225, 245, 255 (PR for 5x)

Single kettlebell lunges – 3×8 @16kg (was light)
 
Sweat:
5 sets, per arm
6 SA KB Front Squats, L
Rack Walk, L
6 SA KB Front Squats, R
Rack Walk, R
 
Every time you put down the kettlebell, perform 20 swings

Did two rounds at 20kg, then dropped to 16kg.  Took 16:30.  Was an absolute beast of a workout.
