Lift:
Front Squat 4×5, 2×185, 2×165

Kettlebell swings:  3×12@36kg

Dropped weight on squats because I wasn’t getting down far enough.  SS indicates to make sure toes are at 30 degrees and to really focus on pushing knees out to sides during squat.

Sweat:
AMRAP 10 minutes:
10 Push Ups
10 Double KB Swings (@16kg)
10 Air Squats

8 rounds plus 2 pushups
