Deadlift:  3×5:  235, 255, 275 (PR)

Lunges: SA weighted 2×10 @24kg (dropped third set for time)
Sweat:
2 Rounds:
45 seconds, Max Ball Slams
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds, Max Toes to Bar
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds, Max Air Squats
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds, Max Dumbbell Snatches
Rest 15 seconds
Rest 2 minutes

Round 1:  75  Round 2: 71

25 lb ball; 40 lb dumbbell (probably could have gone 45 without too much loss)

Limiting factor was toes to bar.
