Batwings – 3×15 seconds at 35 lbs (go up)

Sweat:
AMRAP 15 minutes:
4 Chin Ups
6 Dips
12 Ball Slams

7 rounds plus six dips (started on dips) – right elbow still not over fond of chinups

Rest 30 seconds b/t rounds
