Sweat:

30 Dumbbell Snatches
15 Burpees
  Rest 1 minute
  30 Dumbbell Snatches
15 Burpees
 

7:26 @ 35 lbs (should have gone up)

Notes:  Went light.  Hamstring was sore from competition, generally felt beat up.
