Lift:
Weighted Pull Ups
3-3-3-3-3
First pullups since cortisone shot.  Started to flare up again.  Not good. 

Sweat:
21-15-9
Dumbbell Thrusters
Knees to Elbows

30lbs.  Had absolutely nothing today.
