24kg kb lunges – 3×8
Sweat:
AMRAP 7 minutes
Death by ball slams & kb swings
2 swings / 2 ball slams
4 swings / 4 ball slams
6 swings / 6 ball slams

& etc.

25 lb ball/32 kg bell:  made it to 16 slams/7 swings
