Front Squat:  1×5@195, 2×5@185

KB swings:  3×10@36kg
 
Sweat:
Shuttle Run (fence + back)
30 Kettlebell Swings
15 Push Ups
Shuttle Run (Maaco sign + back)
25 Kettlebell Swings
15 Push Ups
Shuttle Run (Donohoe sign + back)
20 Kettlebell Swings
15 Push Ups
Shuttle Run (Guardrail + back)
15 Kettlebell Swings
15 Push Ups

28kg, 10:35.  Thought this would be easy.  It smoked me.  Limiting factor was the pushups – heart rate was high enough after the KB swings that I couldn’t do more than sets of five.
