4.11.13 – Crossfit

Lift:
Deadlift – 1×275.  Basically made it through warmup and stomach went south.

KB lunges – 2×10@24kg
 
Sweat:
Team Tabata Workout
As a team of 2, complete the following tasks:
150 Push Ups
150 Ball Slams
10 Laps, Bear Crawl
 
Push Ups and Ball Slams can only be performed during 20 second work intervals, everyone must rest during 10 seconds rest periods. Once Push ups, and ball slams are done, bear crawls can be performed 1 person at a time continuously

With Mike.  About 14:30.  Mike carried the load on pushups, less so on ball slams (but he still did more).
