Deadlift: 

2×5@285.  Attempted 305 twice, dnf.

Tips from Joe:  1.  Float bar at lower weights; 2.  Spine straight.

Sweat:

Run 800 meters
40 Push Ups
Run 400 meters
40 Kettlebell Swings
Run 200 Meters
40 Ball Slams

32kg swings, 25lb slams

Don’t remember time, but 1-2 minutes behind Joe
