5.7.13 – Crossfit

Lift:
SA DB press:  3×5@35; 3×3@40; 1×2@45
 
Sweat:
On the minute for 14 minutes:
Even minutes: 4 Power Swings (heavy) + 4 Box Jumps
Odd minutes: 12 Kettlebell Swings (light)

40kg for power swings, 24kg for light swings.  Rachel “graduated” me to putting a plate on the big box for jumps about 1/2 way through.  Whole thing felt real solid.
