  • KB Swing:  3×10@40kg

Sweat:

Partner WOD- In teams of two, complete the following tasks:
 
Run 100 meters
10 Air Squats
Run 200 meters
15 Air Squats
Run 400 meters
20 Air Squats
Run 800 meters
25 Air Squats
