Lift:
Front Squat:  1×5@190; 1×2@190 (failed on 3rd) + 1×4@185

KB Swing:  3×10@44kg
 
Sweat:
3 Rounds, on the minute:
Minute 1: 12 Burpees
Minute 2: 8 Dumbbell Clean and Push Press
Minute 3: 6 Box Jumps (high)

Dumbells, round 1 was 40lbs; round 2 was half 35, half 30; round 3 was 30

Box jump:  bog box plus 2×45 plus 1×25.  No idea what that adds up to.
