Lift:
Deadlift – 2×5@270.  Felt heavy. 

Dropoff has been frustrating.  I think it’s a function of not sleeping particularly well lately.
 
Sweat:
5 Rounds for time:
7 Front Squats
7 Pull Ups
25 Double Unders

Subbed 8 ring rows for pullups.  10:53.
