Worked guard breaks. 

Key for standard break – bring leg to side, not to front, to get the thrust.  When coming in, elbow to ribs, and lean down into uke’s torso to (a) prevent knee shield, and (b) keep top pressure during pass.

Alternative break – scoop both legs up onto your knees, pop shoulder, throw to side, come around
