Lift:Deadlift – 3×5 @255.  Focused on setup and pull.  Keys:  lean back to get weight on heels; keep neck neutral – eyes down.

Lunges:  3×8 @20kg

Sweat:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Dumbbell Thruster
1 Forward Roll + Bear Crawl
Suitcase Deadlifts

30lb db on thrusters, 36kg for deadlifts.  14:46.  Dead slow.
