Push Press

  125 lbs.  Failed on last press of last set, but made it up.

Sweat:
Snatch Grip Deadlift
5-5-5
 
Finisher:
Tabata Lateral Jump Burpees – 8 minutes of 20 seconds on, 10 off

42 burpees.  Not really much fun.
