Lift:
Front squats:  2×5@185 – felt good

Kettlebell Swings – 3×10@36kg
 
Sweat:
3 Rounds:
10 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks
1 Sled Push
Rest as needed b/t sets

Went with 35lbs dumbells, up to 40 on last set.  Should have started there.  Sled had 100lbs.  Smoker.
