Coach Issac

Worked a standing drill – when you’re in the standard wrestlers 50/50 hands behind each others heads position,

  • swing to the outside just a bit – 30 degrees or so
  • drive head into intersection of neck and shoulder
  • Bring free arm (one that’s not clinching uke’s head) underneath their arm to pop the elbow up a bit
  • Duck under, seatbelt back


Also worked the standing guard break that Mike and I worked on
