15 Kettlebell Swings
Shuttle Run (Maaco + back)
8 Barbell Push Press
15 Kettlebell Swings
Shuttle Run (Donohoe + back)
8 Barbell Push Press
15 Kettlebell Swings
Shuttle Run (Guardrail + back)

Kettlebell:  32kg on first round, 24kg on remaining

Barbell:  95lbs on first two rounds, 85lbs on last two.

Really wasn’t feeling it that morning.
