EZ Strength 2.0 – don’t remember what I did, but it was relatively light.
 
Sweat:
4 Rounds:
8 Dumbbell Push Press
1 Sled Push
 
Rest as needed b/t sets

 

45lbs on push press, 100lbs on sled.
