Maxed at 155 lbs.  Got one rep, one fail at 165.
Sweat:
2 Sets:
Sprint 50 Meters
Sprint 100 Meters
Sprint 150 Meters
 
Recovery between sprints is the walk back to the starting line; recovery between sets is 3 minutes

Total time:  10:30.
