Snatch Grip Deadlift

Sweat:
AMRAP 12 minutes:
5 Ring Rows
10 Push Ups
15 Ball Slams
20 Kettlebell Swings

Started on pushups.  Did either 3 or four rounds plus ten pushups.

Stomach was not happy that morning.
