8.8.13 – Injury update

August 8, 2013

Very little pain, if any, in the back/shoulder blade.  Has migrated around to the ribs, though – left ribs from front to back start to tingle/tighten if I slump at all – totally odd.  Also have a little numbness in left hand/arm, spontaneous twitching in lat by armpit, shoulder, occasionally bicep.

Part of me feels like it’s getting better, part of me not so much.  Totally confused.

Lift:
Deadlift – 5x 275, 295, 275

Josh tip: Need more of an arch in spine during setup. Easiest way is to rock back on heels and drop ass a bit to get arch in spine, then lift into setup. Should feel the weight vector come straight up through chest more.

try to add weight to the bar every set
