Russian squat cycle, week 3 day 1:  6×2 @165

Sweat:
EMOM x 12 minutes
Odd minutes: 5 Barbell Front Squats
Even minutes: 5 Barbell Push Jerks

95lbs on the bar.  Elbow complained a little, but not too much.  No sharp pain.
