Russian squat cycle, week 6 day 1:  2×2 @225

This was actually five pounds over the target weight, but I was feeling strong – the week off clearly didn’t hurt any, and probably helped.  Going to target 245 for the 1RM


5 Rounds:
:45 seconds Row (cal)
Rest 15 seconds
:45 secs Max Ball Slams
Rest 15 seconds
1 minute Rest b/t rounds

Total count with 25 lb ball:  183.  Came out fast in first round, last three rounds were 21/14.  Happy with the consistency.
