Front Squat
8 Rep Max (go up from last wk)

Hit 205 for 8RM.  Very happy with that.
 
LII:
2 Rounds
1 min: Heavy Ball Slam
1 min: Rest
1 min: Row for (Cal)
1 min: Rest
1 min: DB Snatch
1 min: Rest
1 min: Burpee Box Jumps

Scored something like 220.  25 lb ball, 35 lb dumbell for snatches (which is light, but elbows)
