Snatch Grip Deadlift

  Three sets at 215, I think.  Grip strength gets you on these.

21,18,15,12,9,6,3
Double KB Cleans
200m run between sets

Did swings instead of cleans to save the elbows.  28kg.  10:45 or so.  Managed to do all sets unbroken.
