Lift:
Kettlebell Snatch

But that aggravates my elbows more than anything.  So did a bunch of 24 kg kb swings.

LII:
3 Rounds:
1 minute: KB Clean and Push Press, Right
1 minute: KB Clean and Push Press, Left
1 minute: Goblet Squats
 
Rest 2 minutes b/t rounds; 5 burpee penalty if kb touches the floor during the working sets

Subbed straight push press for clean and press.  16kg for presses, 20kg for squats.  48/43/43

The elbows are a problem.  Starting to think it might be an ulnar nerve issue rather than, or perhaps in addition to, a tendon issue.
