Lift:

Front squats:  2×4 @ 225

Was shooting for 2×5, but that last rep wasn’t going to happen

Strict Press
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
Ball Slam

12:20.  Started with 75lb bar, dropped to 65 seven reps in to second set.  35lb ball.

Elbows feel more or less fine after this.
