Push Press
6RM (go up from last week)

Got to 125lbs
 
LII:
5 Rounds:
Row 200 Meters (Sprint)
8 Hang Dumbbell Full Cleans
*Rest as needed between rounds; Max Effort during each round*

30 lb dumbells.  Elbows really not thrilled with those cleans, but wtf.  Kept 200m rows on about a 1:34 500m pace.
