1.18.2014 – Crossfit

Sick on 1.16.

 

Lift:

Deadlift:  2×5 @ 305.  PR.  Can pull more.  Elbows seemed fine.

Sweat:

5 Rounds:
8 Barbell Thrusters
Row 200 meters (sprint)
 
*Rest ~2 mins between Rounds*

Think I went with 95 lbs.  Probably could have gone to 105, but it would have been a work.
