Strength:
2KB Front Squats
4×8 reps

Worked up to one set of 28kg.  Ran out of time due to WOD length.

LII Conditioning:
Team Workout
5 Rounds:
Max Rep Push Press @ 50% 1RM
Max Pull Ups

Rest 3-5 minutes b/t rounds

Teamed with Armando.  Set push press at 125 – which is well above 50%, thank you.

Push press:  11, 9, 10, 8, 8

Pullups:  9, 7, 6, 6, 6

First time doing pullups since elbow – very happy with the outcome.
