LII Strength:
Sumo Deadlifts
2×5 @ 285

LII Conditioning:
Row 500 meters
-then-
5 rounds:
20 Kettlebell Swings
10 Push Ups
5 Box Jumps

Don’t remember the time – twelve something?  28kg bell.  This was one of those workouts where I felt like I should have killed it and it killed me instead.
