2.6.2014 – Crossfit

LII Strength:
Weighted Pull Ups
5×4 reps

Did strict pullups.  Wasn’t feeling it.

LII Conditioning:
EMOM x 12 minutes:
odd: 15 Ball Slams, rest remainder of the minute
even: 15 2KB Cleans, rest remainder of the minute

16kg bells, 35 lb ball.  Missed one set of cleans.

Tweaked the right elbow during warmups using a 20kg bell for cleans.  Not happy.  Has been calming down, but still.
