3.1.2014 – Crossfit

Games open workout 14.1:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

145 reps total – made it through three rounds, plus another 10 double unders

Went with Kevin on Saturday at noon – BJJ tourney on Sunday.

DUs were the limiting factor – could not get going on the second set – lost a ton of time before I found my rhythm again.
