LII Conditioning:
Row 750m
DB Snatch 10 / arm
15 Burpees
DB Snatch 10 / arm
10 Burpees
DB Snatch 10 / arm
15 Burpees

 

Put the row at the end to get out in a reasonable time.  40 lb bell, should have gone up.  No idea on time.
