Cycle 1, Week 4 (deload): 5@ 40%, 50%, 60%

5@ 45, 55, 65

Then bench: 5@145, 3@155

First bench press in probably five years.  Cues from Marcus – dig heels into floor, pinch shoulder blades together.  Will use today to set 1RM for bench.

LII Conditioning:
4 Rounds:
8 Thrusters (Mod. Heavy)
200m Row (Sprint)
 
*2-3 mins rest between rounds

105 for thrusters.  Rows were a consistent 42 seconds each.
