LII Strength:

Overhead Squats
5@95, 5@115, 5@125

Josh says form is OK, and the sore back is to be expected given the position.  He suggests sticking at 95lbs and really spending some time in the bottom position before moving up.  I think there’s some mobility work to be done to make that happen as well.

Wendler Deadlift

Cycle 2, week 1 (5 @ 65% / 5 @ 75% / 5+ @ 85%)

5@205, 5@235, 5@270

Quit at five reps on last set because (a) did it after the WOD and (b) lower right back was getting a little sore. 

LII Conditioning:
Partner WOD –
Run 800 meters (with partner)
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
Run 800 meters (with partner)
 
Each teammate performs both runs; partition pull ups, push ups, and air squats as necessary

Jeff and HD were one team, me the other.  Did sets of 5-10-15.  Got plenty of rest between sets, and was able to do them all unbroken until the last one.
