Re-strained something in my lower right back on the last set.  Pissed – should have taken another day or two to let it rest.  Already feeling better one day later, though.

LII Conditioning:
7 sets
1 Sled Push
(sprint uphill, walk sled downhill)

2@50lb on sled, 2@70, 4@100
