LII Strength:

Tips from Josh:

–  Grip about 1.5 inch out from knurls

–  Heels further back

– Arch back, expand chest

– Slow decent, explosive push.

Looked for 3RM, ended up doing something like

5@125, 3@135, 3@145, 2@155

Probably could have hit another rep at 155.

LII Conditioning:
Run 800 meters
Push Ups
Air Squats
Kettlebell Swings

Added another 800.

First 800 was about 3:20

Finished Rx  (32kg) in 10:16

Second 800 was 3:29.
