Wendler Deadlift:  Cycle 4, week 1 (5 @ 65% / 5 @ 75% / 5+ @ 85%)

5@225, 5@250, 5@285

Stopped at 5 on + set to save back.  Mostly feels better, but still small twinges now and then.

21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
12 Pull-ups
13:56.  400s were fine, though not exactly fast.  KB swings were fine.  Pullups were the killer. See the issue?
