6.24.2014 – Crossfit

Strength:

Dips (8×3 )

Weighted Push Ups (8×3)

Did ring dips with no band, pushups with 45lb plate.

Metcon :

5 Rounds for Time:
400 m. Run
15 Thrusters 95/65

18:09.  Cut to four rounds because we were running long.  Everyone realized it was going to be a work in the first set of thrusters.

Went with a 6-5-4 breakdown for each set, which worked pretty well.  In future, will perhaps take a short break with the bar in rack, try to do a 10-5 split and see how that goes.
