First lift only day.  Catching up after going with regular programming on Tuesday.

Strength:

Wendler Press:  Cycle 4, week 2 (3 @ 70% / 3 @ 80% / 3+ @ 90%)
3@80, 3@90, 7@100

Wendler Squat:  Cycle 4, week 2 (3 @ 70% / 3 @ 80% / 3+ @ 90%)
3@175, 3@200, 4@225 (might have been 5 – kind of lost track)

Squats were definitely a bit of a challenge given Tuesday’s thruster extravaganza.
